In-Person Conference

Q: What is the location of the in-person conference?
A: ADCES24 in-person will take place in New Orleans, LA at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130) from Friday, August 9 to Monday, August 12. ADCES will be in Halls B/C, which is the part of the convention center that is closest to the New Orleans Hilton Riverside Hotel.

Q: Where can I park for the convention center and will ADCES cover my parking fees?
A: The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center offers safe and convenient parking for a daily fee. To learn more about parking options, ride-share locations, and directions to the convention center, visit MCCNO's page here. Please note that ADCES does not cover parking fees.

Q: Will a printed conference program be provided?
A: In an effort to conserve resources and ensure attendees have the most up-to-date information possible, limited printed programs will be provided at the registration desk. We urge attendees to use the ADCES Events mobile app. Download the mobile app prior to arriving onsite for the best experience possible. The ADCES Events app is your primary resource for information onsite.

Q: How do I download the ADCES24 mobile app?
A: The ADCES24 mobile app will be available in July 2024.

Q: How can I arrange for a scooter during my time at ADCES24?

Registration

Q: When will registration and housing be open for ADCES24?
A: Registration and housing open Tuesday, March 19 for ADCES Members; Tuesday, March 26 for nonmembers; Tuesday, April 2 for Exhibitors.

Q: Do I need to be a member of ADCES to register?
A: The conference is open to all. You do not have to be an ADCES member to attend. However, one of the many benefits of being an ADCES member is the opportunity to save on conference registration. To learn more about membership, view our membership page here.

Q: Is there a registration form I can fill out and mail to ADCES instead of registering online?
A: Yes, you can download the ADCES24 registration form here. After completing the form, attach your check payment and mail both to:

Q: Will ADCES24 be offered an on-demand format?
A: Yes! Attendees have the option to participate either in-person Friday, August 9 - Monday, August 12 in New Orleans, LA or the On-Demand option available Monday, August 26 - Monday, October 28. Session recordings will be available through Monday, October 28, 2024.

Housing

Q: What are the official hotels of ADCES24?
A: Housing information can be found here. Note that MCI is the only official hotel provider associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
